You can even bring your furry friends along as pets are welcome on our site. The surrounding areas of Dumfries and Galloway have plenty on offer for everyone's fancy. From the home of Robert Bruce, Farm Parks for the little ones, castles and more. The local town Dumfries is packed with quirky local shops, restaurants and bars.
It's an easy drive from most cities in the north of England and central Scotland.
And if you are coming from further afield the region is well placed within the motorway network.
The M6 is the main route into Scotland and connects directly with the M1 which runs to the Outer ring M25 in London and on into the capital.
A well connected mainline train station can be found in Dumfries Town with regular services North and South. The main M74 trunk road between England and Scotland is easily accessible, with the larger local market town Dumfries right on your doorstep. The beautiful Lake District is easily accessible within an hour’s drive.
